Orders must be received in writing and must include the following:

  • Company name, contact, address, phone and fax number
  • Ship-to address
  • Requested in-hands date
  • Item number, item description, quantity (dozens or each)
  • price
  • Item color, PMS number for imprint
  • Placement of logo
  • Size of imprint, and if your artwork is to size

For re-orders, include previous purchase order number and invoice number.

Pending receipt of your order, we will fax an order confirmation for your approval. 50% of your order total is due at time of order approval, the balance is due prior to final shipment.

Acceptable forms of payment are cashier's check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
